Sure he has. I've seen lot's of stuff, but not too much on bio's.

Today the leadup to nameplate is important as it leads into expansion, but without a +$10mil order still an over reaction.

The only two things that could spike the price are stark conversion and large sales order, but if you are waiting for that, you'll miss it. So you either take the risk - or not.
