In reply, its not just me, most financial commentators have expressed similar view. To not pay a dividend after routinely paying divvies sends a message to those in this stock for the income that , perceived rightly or wrongly, dont count on any divvies in the short-medium term, or at least maybe substantially less divvy payouts, assming the asset purchase goes ahead with its associated massive debt on the company's books. Not to mention the need for a CR poosibly as well at a pitifully low price. But hey, look at the impact on the falling-knife shareprice, the big end of town is clearly also rattled, this is not just retail selling, its bigger players as well.
I bailed at $5.86. If there is a CR ( sub $5) I might re-enter but at a smaller scale than before
