    Media World Communications Limited (MWC) advises that the date on which the
    suspension of trading on MWC shares will be lifted has been deferred from
    Thursday, 2 September 2004 to an anticipated date early next week.
    The deferral is required to allow the company to finalise matters necessary for
    the suspension to be lifted. MWC will make a further announcement to confirm
    the new date and update shareholders on technology and business development
    matters.
