    You make correct points, funamentals of Cockburn are outstanding,and when it is up and running (and it will)the SP will be way past $1.00.
    But there are issues with the management team at GUN, that cant be hidden.
    No doubt funding will happen, it wont be POSCO, DH should and maybe if he did tell POCSO to piss off, they may have stopped thier games and committed?
