I am with you. There are still a lot of value in most REITs despite the depressed sp.

What's your take on the article below?

Note the word "disappear" rather than go under, go bankrupt, etc.

It seems that no one knows what is going to happen under the current environment.

maybe we should enlist some Chinese investors to buy into REIT here?
