Seriously i would love to get on the CER board

However Im probably 20-25 years younger than most of the board members on there so I dont think theyd appreciate someone half their age on the board.

I probably wouldnt mind slipping into a PR role in the meantime

CER needs to start being proactive rather than reactive

There have been alot of great developments in the last six months that CER should have conveyed to the market:

- Opening of Pointe Orlando www.pointeorlando.com
- Opening of "The Shoppes at Cinnaminson"
- Sale of numerous CSF properties in recent months
- Refinancing of US$360m SuperLLC debt in Oct 2007 for 12 months with an option to extend another 12 months
- Distributable income forecast for 6 months ending 31 Dec 08 to be somethere in the vicinity of 7c

I would have been happy if all of the above were announced
