I wonder where the technology licensor's presence has been in terms of support to licencee. You would think that if you paid a million plus for the technology licence, the licencor would have it in their best interest to step in and give their utmost support to CXY and reams of evidence and data to DERM to quickly reassure and appease any concerns they might have. They should have never let it get this far in the first place. Some guy with a marker and a whiteboard just doesn't cut it (not even in USSR). It could even be construed as a show of arrogance.

Where are those manuals they bought? That would have been better than a guy at whiteboard (analogy: AGM presentation done by guy scribbling figures and estimates on whiteboard instead of usual slick powerpoint. Would you have confidence to invest?).

If the manuals are in Russian all the better. DERM will have to wait and pay for their translation before making their decision. Otherwise, Professor Yeristogatz our decorated Russian Scientist heralded worlds foremost expert in the application of UCG is happy to answer any questions via translator due to the complex nature of this technology. In the meantime, the professor pleads with DERM to allow the reignition as not doing so could be catastrophic. The reason for catastrophy is because of the activities undertaken by CSG (without correctly informing anybody)which provide inconsistent and positive pressure gradient which is likely to result in horrific land subsidence and decimation of the natural resource because of DERM's inability to act on the information given by worlwide expert. By CXY continuing their burn, this folly created by CSG can be brought to equlibrium and thus managed thanks to the great expertise of those at CXY. The equilibrium can be maintained for up to ten years (approx.) which gives the relevant authorities ample time to investigate and analyse the practices undertaken by CSG. As the burn continues the probability of catastrophe decreases with the extraction of the gas. At approximitely 30 years there is no danger of any catastrophy or visible footprint whatsoever. It is unfortunate that CSG has put us all in this mess however there is nothing to do at the present time but heed the advice of the experts to get the best outcome for all.
