jefferies i agree with greenwash it is clear no legal out for GGG but my my worrying point is clear having this claus put into their agreement why was this not told to share holders and possibly brokers raising money for the company earlier. To wait over 8 years and then to find out in the newspaper is unbelievable unless I missed something. to not have even covered this possibility in their EIA means at the very least, considerable work is needed to get that aspect up to scratch
