So article 302 may exclude uranium but leaves GGG wide open to either pursue or gain compensation for all the other non radioactive mineral earths,
so GGG by that measure is in no way a dead duck
although I'm not a holder I am certainly looking at this but as yet have not decided if I will buy, but how come nobody is discussing leaving the uranium behind and mining the other minerals, then by the looks of it, would that not then not place GGG free and clear of the issues around article 302 and allow either mining to commence or compensation to be sought with a reasonable degree of certainty?
