Has anyone seen any agreements between GGG and Shenghe, either regarding their processing agreement or their supposed joint venture agreement that has been talked about so much? If so please publish these for us.

So I would suggest that as many things regarding GGG, because of their lack of disclosures, we have no idea what, if anything, their relationship with Shenghe is about.

In my opinion, Shenghe's investment is only about having a position that possibly gives them a way to control GGG and Kavanefjeld in whatever way is most helpful to their Chinese masters. Nothing more, in my opinion.

GGG has a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Shenghe. That is not an agreement. What agreement are you referring to?

By the way, your rather pompous start with 'Gentlemen' is rude. There are women who follow HotCopper.
