    As disgusting as the Cologne assaults were, it's not a terrorist event is it?

    More like a case of the involved immigrant men not understanding that the "frisky" behaviour around the Carnivale event is not a signal of sexual openness or desire.

    I would agree that open and honest reporting is paramount and that any criminal activity is punished.
