I have made up my mind during the weekend, and placed this order @8.8c as my entry level, just can spare to check it has been filled. My decision was made base on both TA/FA, plus the impact of the accident of Japan N/P plant on U stock.

I don't know if this decision is wise or not, but given the huge power shortage in rapid developing countries, I still think these countries would keep their N/P plant construction plan on the agenda. whatever the Japen N/P plant would end. the tech would be improved.
