Just sent this email out for what it's worth - doubt I'll get a reply.

Afternoon,

I read with disappointment the post market update ref: GSK not proceeding.

My main concern is the apparent conflict of interest with Director Edwards selling a large volume of shares within what can only be within a small window of time with ref: to this notification.

My question is this - when was the knowledge that GSK would not be proceeding made clear to OBJ and more importantly Director Edwards?

If Director Edwards was made aware of this negative information prior to the market being made aware, it can only be assumed that he used this information to influence his decision to sell?

If so, this sits very unwell with me, and I would expect an explanatory email reply or a release to the market explaining this.
