Hmm I know there is going to be some backlash regarding update and 4C and yes I am an overly positive person but there was some positives out of the update. If you reread the Coty section the statement reading "proceeding very well" is definitely a positive. There are also two companies looking at the powered toothbrush application this too is a positive. Also interesting to hear in the analgesics section of Obj mentioning names of the companies GSK have taken over and that these are positives for Obj also interesting to see that GSK Pharma sounds still very much interested with meetings this quarter. Also great to hear about Global roll out of Skii this is also a positive. Now for some negatives Personally the Writ from monarch corporation is indeed a bit sour and from doing a bit of a google search sounds like Monarch is seeking money from all avenues, however cant see how they have a case but not being a legal head don't know enough. As it has nothing to do with our tech or products it doesn't really worry me so much just a negative on a progressing company yes there may be some cost but also remember its 2012 OBJ process that we are dealing with here. I guess the biggest negative would have to be the manual GSK toothbrush however like I have said we are not a one trick pony so even though this is a loss I feel with all the other irons we still have going and the fact that GSK pharma are still with us that the loss of this should not be taken as a major catastrophe but merely as 1 project that didn't make it off the ground, this is not an incident that is unusual in any company moving forward some projects make it some dont. However it does leave a bitter feel about the length of time that it has taken only to be told no go and also a potential loss of revenue. So yes disappointing, yes no funds yet but that doesn't mean we haven't received anything I would be more concerned if next quarter we don't see any funds. It would may have been nice to have something in the update like yes the 4c has no revenue yet but funds have been received since then but hey I am not on the management team.. Does all this make me change my view on OBJ not really still not planning on selling yet, to me we are still on the Cusp, however I do expect a lot of progress this year and for me my assessment at the end of 2014 may be vastly negative if we haven't made the progress one would expect. anyway enough of my ramblings patience to all, this is all my view have a nice weekend all
