The limitation of your comparison with other techonogy 'scams' is that the technology is not dificult to prove as you correctly point out. At some stage it will become obvious wether or not it works. If it does not come anywhere near to the claims there are a number of well connected people who will want answers. If the answer is that the technology is a fraud it will be easy to prove and confidentiality will no longer be a constraint on proving it.

It will be interesting to see what happens with the current share placement and relisting. Even if it is a fraud there will be some interesting action in the meantime.
