You appear ignorant to the fact that the proof may already have been provided to the Company itself (ie MWC) as well as the Capital and alliance/contractual partners it is negotiating with. That is the whole point.....ie Secure the deal and company viability then go public with the information and technology.
Conspiracy theories make good reading but are usually just baseless theories from the un-informed.
