BT worked to a timetable in the early(developmental stages) of Dikulushi Sack???
Whowee,a big call Sack imho.
He might be now now that he has large amounts of cash to play with and a staff to match but in the early stages of raising finance all we heard about was the barge and how the project was going to benefit the local community.
There was certainly not what you would call full disclosure with Dikulshi as it was developed.
I think if you asked Miningnut just what he thought of Anvils disclosure early in the piece even he would say it was average at best.
