There are more shares but there is also less debt.
In fact, NUF is considerably better off since then with less debt and increasing market share and profits.
Lets not forget that NUF have downgraded their profit forecast for the year ended but it will still be an increased profit from the previous year and there is an expected considerable increase for the 2010 year.
Any takeover would have to be near the previous mark.
There is plenty of upside left in this baby.
