and what if they issue at a premium like bau did when they were doing there roadshow? what if they attract a cornerstone fund manager investor like bci did? and what if they don't raise it all now? and what if they end up doing a deal with say a chinese mill or trader? and what if cliffs holds back on their $5m for a bit?
point is there are a lot of variables here and while some may take the most pessimistic of outlooks and extend their line of reasoning ad infinitum it still isn't to shabby - they would have the company raise $20m at 10 cents which just ain't gonna happen (and even if it did i am sure the resource and operation will support a $250m cap and a price of circa $1 at some stage in the next 2 yrs based on the expanded capital base of the world's worst doomsday scenario)
