I think our main point of difference is whether an investor should be active wrt his holding, or entirely passive. Obviously this depends on the investors skill set, temperament, tax position etc.
Imho even a mostly passive investor should sometimes behave with Mr Market as Kerry Packer did with Alan Bond wrt channel 9. Everything has a price imho. There's a huge range of investment and trading styles between day trading and buy and forget.
The other difference is as to how much to read into the production decline.
