Information leaks that are traded on are illegal but they are short term in nature, so yes they should be stopped but they are not effecting the price of lyc over a meaningful investment period. In other words suspicious tradin before an announcement isn't really effecting the long or medium term trend.
Lambda my suggestion is if you really believe that these instos are all knowing buy shares in them you will make all your money back and more,
Either way I just got home, going for a swim no more amusement needed, should you come up with a logical argument or even something that makes sense let me know.
