The problem is the charter and it's logical fallacies e.g.:
"broadcasting programs that contribute to a sense of national identity and inform and entertain, and reflect the cultural diversity of, the Australian community;"
"the responsibility of the Corporation as the provider of an independent national broadcasting service to provide a balance between broadcasting programs of wide appeal and specialized broadcasting programs;"
"shall take account of.................iv) the multicultural character of the Australian community"
They are trying to be all things to all men using multiculture (whatever that is) as an excuse to lead the charge for social change instead of "contributing a sense of national identity"
