Just goes to show what happens when the person in question witholds relevant documents until the last minute despite claiming days ago he'd produced it all.
Did he lie when he said they had all the documents or is he just lacking in competence?
It sets a really low standard for all people fronting up to the commission who might overlook things like providing relevant evidence. It'll go down in history as the "Heydon defence".
