    I'm looking on the bright side.

    There's possibly another reason for the delay.

    If he's determined that he has no bias that would affect the outcome, then he needs time to get the federal police all the warrants they need to arrest EVERYBODY involved in trying to impede justice.

    I wouldn't underestimate Heydons deep grasp of logic.
