China look like a toothless tiger actually, they tried to porkbarrell their way through Oz but have again capitulated. Just who is running the show over there. Does Rio and BHP smell blood as the Chinese waiver and struggle to come to turns with modern economic values.....we could be seeing a major symbolic start to China losing their grip....or is that aura??
