Trying to joke about the comment about dictatorship, Spain arrives from 4 years from an absolute government with absolute majority from Popular party, nothing has been discussed about the new laws in Spain for the last four years, I want to say that no debate about anything has exists, now it is difficult that the same government that has ruled Spain for four years without considering any proposal from the rest of Spanish political parties, can get the their support for the president election. But political debate can still change the preliminary position against Popular party from nearly all the political parties in Spain.
