I think you guys might possibly be fooling yourselves, if you are honest with yourselves. I think the question re the pricing of Potash is appropriate, and any reasonable margin of safety would have the IRR reduce to uneconomic levels. I suspect they are wasting their money on this TBH.
Good luck with this one. I'd wait for the Potash price trend to improve.
