Nightwatchman - an IRR of 27.8% is fantastic - no doubt about that. I just feel the bankers will want a higher NPV - assuming commissioning problems etc. 3 year payback might be required. and the -30% case offers no margin of safety on current prices. I think they should be using prices around $200 for a -30% case. If that comes up trumps - then you have a project.
