    This is absolutely worth a read if you've not already seen it (and the subsequent follow ups to the original article)....it's what originally got me on to EXR.....of course I dilly dallied after reading it and made my first purchase mid Feb to see the sp retract with all the Covid panic.....I then made more purchases on the way back up (best buy @ 2.1c.....jeez I wish now of course I'd bought more!) but am overall fairly pleased with my average purchase price.
