Answers one question! They have added 14m shares net since the last notice in 2007, but did NOT take up the new issue of 90 million shares so they have been diluted to 17.8%. Still a good blocking stake against an unsolicited takeover though.
Now it would be nice to know whether TRU took up the placement and who the "big American names" were that Casey mentioned.
