They had good prospects but lacked focus on filling the plant because their KPI's for incentive payments had them wasting time and money searching for big resource finds miles from the plant and buying dud resources instead of focusing on what was needed to fill the plant in Charters Towers.

The LT incentive KPI in another company that I'm in is Total Share Holder Return which I recon is in Shareholders best interest.
