Between end of January and 24th, copper increased > 20%. Logic says that kind of rise cannot be sustained indefinitely. The price retested the original upward trend shortly after that statement. So yes, it did a little pull back (~5%) and was supported by the original trend. It still looks as anticipated by the charts. You have to keep in mind that a chart is never going to be specific about future dates or exact prices. It predicted a little break so far that played out.
