Quite right Doc - in this size of company it’s important mgt has skin in the game - as they say. I am long and strong on this.

No guarantee of course - I saw a CEO of another coy buy $300k in shares and send it broke in 2.5 years.

But hopefully this Chairman will think twice before diluting us all very badly and pissing the proceeds against a wall - given it’s his own cash on the line also. Somehow you are never as careful if you are given the shares as you are if you have had to pony up your very own hard earned.
