When Steve was at the helm he chose PHES over UG or near pit, albeit with a possibility of some contract or JV extraction if the numbers worked. The PHES has fallen over for reasons unknown. HGO have not announced any intention to resume production, but have announced a shift from producer to explorer. Could this mean the drill results are poor, a JV partner cannot be found or the profit is not there?
Could it mean HGO retains the exploration tenements and another party takes over production?
There were numerous interested parties in the PHES, will another one make an offer?
Something must be happening, otherwise what exactly are/will the board and management be doing?
Nothing but speculation and ramblings from me.
