Evening Duncan,
The chart looks very promising but needs confirmation for a buy.
The MACD line has crossed up through it's signal, but only just. I like to see a bit of a gap between the lines for an initial buy signal. If it crosses the centre/zero line then the buy is confirmed, (it's just below).
The ADX is set up well & started to rise today. It needs to rise 4 or to above the -DMI for a buy signal.
Slow stochastic looks promising & a confirmed buy if/when it gets above 50.
The last attempt on the downtrend line saw a volume of 48 million. I'd be expecting at least the same for a breakout.
The downtrend resistance/top of the flag pattern was crossed today but the SP needs to close above the red line.
9.3c would be the target from this pattern.
