I'm a bit of a contrarian,, so when everyone was bagging HHG Plc and it was oversubscribed 7 times and the Aussie instos complained bitterly (about a stock everyone was telling us was a dog and no one wants) about their UK counterparts who got most of the stock,, I thought I'll get more of this one..topping up on listing day (now150K) and as it turns out Andrew Mohl got 220,000 HHG on the same day.. interestingly by the CEO who wanted the demerger so much,,,, see he's laughing all the way to the bank... he got $7Million for getting rid of HHG then buys some of the "dog" and makes more... who said money doesn't grow on trees!!
