I have very dispointed with the trend of this stock for a while but today and irrespective of the report I think she is going to run soon.
Just look at the seller volume, or more importantly, the spread. It's been a long time since we saw the mid to high 20s for sale in the top 10, now there is a 30c seller in position 10. Ok there are a few share befor hitting 20 but there are very distinctive "gaps" in the sellers which show to me novice traders not wanting to lose money from purchasing in previous small rallies and now holding.
The seller's spread, and the reasonable qtrly and prospect for the next 6 months all looks good to me. All we need is some more good news and the buyers come running in and wipe out the few sellers!
The one thing I would like to know is will the capital reduction and hence exercise price of the options be of any benefit to the holders or should holders ditch them and buy the heads? Anyone any thoughts?
