this co. promised so much a few months ago, but, as part of the wilson prospect sale KAL shareholders were to recieve shares in LOU. LOU shares have more than halved over the past 4 months.
the sale of their U assets to Burey Gold is conditional on the Burey prospectus being issued by Aug 15, and being able to raise min $5 mill. a little tricky in a choppy market.
and the cash component of the sale has been reduced from $350,000 to just $100,000. this at a time when uranium stocks have risen in value esp with a number of takeovers, and no doubt more to come.
KAL has $934,000 in the bank, but is forcast to spend $1.8 mill in the next quater according to their latest quaterly.
their Jackpot project begins at the end of Aug, will they get cash flow in time, or will they have to pass the hat around again?
