out of all of them Victory appears to be the most advanced with its Enviromental Statement also submitted already.

Cambo is not on the review list as far as i can see but has its ES subitted already...

it is a bit confusing regarding the order of events, some companies appear to have submitted their ES before the FDP, HHR seems to be doing it the other way around. I'm not 100% sure how it all works but it would appear the ES may tack on a few months to the process post submission? The question is: can the FID be taken prior to the approval of the ES? is the FDP seperate to the ES?

I have full confidence that the project will go through but i anticipate some delays to the schedule as we are at the mercy of bureaucracy, but i hope i am wrong!
