Without putting numbers to it HHR is still currently being valued as if the project is not going ahead.

HHR has just said that the regulator has their project as 1 of 3 priority projects for sanctioning so the major challenge that remains for them is finance.

HHR seem reasonably positive about acheiving finance however, if they don't a further farmout of Phase 1 would be attractive to all existing producers. Either option would allow HHR to progress to FID.

IMO FID would push HHR to 4c+.

I take a lot of comfort in the fact HHR have $30m in the bank. So many explorer/wannabe producers are running so close to empty that a CR is only a phone call away. HHR have the funding to allow them to progress in an orderly way.
