I expect the price will drop by the dividend amount.

NTA is around 1.45 however they have already sold the better quality assets and I question whether they will be able to realise full book value on the remaining assets. The assets have been impaired to "market value" however there isn't an efficient market for some of the assets and HHY will have eventually have to take what they can get - which may be less than book value.

I think current market price is fair.
