Well you do not know much i will say.With the property market downturn a few years ago a lot of developers were in trouble, sitting on cash we got some good opportunities buying cheap land zoned and ready to be built on as well as developers stuck with banks pulling them in. Now with the latest run it paid off really well. That is what BRK are tuned to and they will be very successful growing fast and no real risk.If you own it no one can take it from you!
