With the Flames DSU (which seems to be the favourite for a land sale) which has only just had that well start we still need to see many months of production data to use in the re-evaluation of the land before we would want to sell it to get the most money for it.
I'm guessing if management was so inclined they could probably sell the Jewell pud now but believe they can create more value be developing it then selling it, once they can get a rig :/.
Still a land sale was never going to happen before now as getting the first three wells done was always going to be a part of the process and if they want to sell the Flames pud then we may have to wait another 6-12 months for more data to be obtained.
Anyway considering we were going to try and do this in 40-55 poo environment things are still going well for us on that front and will likely increase (potentially significantly) what we may get in a land sale.
This company's failure on a technical level is an entirely different discussion to our operational one which aside from a late start in well 4 has been pretty much perfect.
