    Some answers:

    Are PE ratios of 50-100 not uncommon for high growth companies? - Often occurs here. Although some stocks tend still to be lower comparatively than in the US/Canada. IE Aussies still tend to be a bit wary of non-income earning stocks, hence often see the bargain too late.

    Do both markets move together usually? Pretty much so, in that major moves in the US often impact on the ASX.

    How's the Australian market/economy going? In general, it has been a lot stronger & more consistant than the US. Over the last few years it has shown more of a "maturity" & less dependance in international markets. Analylists are saying there is still a lot more in it.

    Finally, is HotCopper the main stock discussion site for companies such as Datadot? Also try s*harescene.com
