    There is some serious shorting going on, or accumilation/manipulation going on here. Every time buyers try to take out the 1.37 mark, more get added.(Ridiculous)

    I mean how many does this guy have to sell....

    Does anyone know of any dates on SPP finalisation? Any opinions on when this stock will start its upward movement?
