It is nearing my 8th year, and anniversary as a contributor to this site.

I admit I have spent a lot of time and posts, supporting the site, as per the number of posts recorded are in excess of 16,000.
In the later years, post GFC, my posts were designed to encourage interest, conversation and debate, and to encourage more members to this popular site.

I used to be mainly interested in the stocks, but after the GFC I decided to try to encourage interest in other subjects that may interest members and keep them coming back after the stock markets closed for the day, and for weekend interest and chatter.

I have used and applied my substantial experience, in property investing, and dealing with small business clients to impart some generalisations, and ideas into the forums.

I, like many others here, hold strong views on certain subjects.
There have been incidents recently, that have made me question whether my time spent as a contributor, is in fact appreciated.
At the moment, the jury is still out.
