    I appreciate you sharing what you have heard.

    But one question:

    Given the 4 acquisitions the company has made (Enertec, Reveal, Toyway, and Marshmallowville) have all been slated to profitable in calendar 2008, why do you (or your source) not believe the company will be profitable?
