Being a Zim myself, surely it is bad investment especially in shares which tend to be affected by market forces, politics, govt policy. There is a very high risk share investment in Zim. There has been a talk about "indegination Law"implementation and it has already been signed and just waiting for an opportunity to be implemented...It calls for co incl. ZimPlat to cease 51% of its stake to "indegeous groups" Indegenous in Zim mainly refers to the politically well connected ZANU PF zealots. Any time it can blow up. Whilst its OK to have indegenous groups participating in national economy, its the chaotic nature that characterise these activities. With a talk about new elections soon, well be assured that anything that adds votes to Mugabe will be implemented and the next sure thing is the "Indegenous Law" and acquisition of foreign owned companies. Hands off this madness, spare your dollar for something else. There are lots of opportunities elsewhere in Africa. Mugabe is unpredictable even to his own wife & family
