I have no problems with cap raisings if for good purpose. Pompano prospect looks worthwhile to me. If there is a rights issue I'll be taking up mine. After the merger though, can't EXR use its current shares held in GRL to raise funds without further dilution.?
GOM drilling to me looks low risk, with good cash flow which will be very valuable to company over time. I'm in though for North Sea drilling which will have huge upside on any success.
