I guess what you mean is only one facility has been busted. If they did it there they are probably doing it at other facilities. Just not caught yet.
Also, other operators are on notice. It’s only a matter of time before ALL waste disposal facilities will be scrutinized if not already on the radar.
The old ways of illegal dumping are drawing to a close.
